About McCulloch Wide Shoes
|
 |
McCulloch’s Wide Shoes caters to an ever-increasing market of men and women
with wide width feet. McCulloch’s also has two Board Certified Pedorthists
specializing in diabetic and other medical specialty fitting.
Within our 7 thousand square foot facility McCulloch’s Wide Shoes has
created a thematic environment recreating the “Golden Age” of Hollywood for
the enjoyment of their customers. While shopping at McCulloch’s, customers
are surrounded by scale replicas of Grauman’s Chinese Theater, the Warner
Brothers’ water tower, the Walk of Fame, and the famed Hollywood sign.
McCulloch’s is also equipped with a state of the art, lavishly furnished
movie theater
with vintage seats from a Warner Bros. executive screening room and two film
projectors salvaged from a World War II battleship. This unconventional
approach makes McCulloch’s Wide Shoes one of the most unique stores in the
world and has resulted in a “word of mouth” phenomenon unprecedented among
independent retailers.
Throughout the history of McCulloch’s Wide Shoes, Jack McCulloch has
continually found new manufacturers on the verge of greatness. McCulloch’s
was among the first stores to carry companies like Nike®, New Balance®,
Munro American®, Propét®, Easy Spirit®, and Dunham Bootmakers®. Today,
McCulloch’s continues to be on the cutting edge and a key retailer for
fit-minded manufacturers to launch their newest products.
McCulloch’s Wide Shoes has been featured in the industry’s most influential
trade magazines including Footwear+® and Footwear News®.
