HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
You may place your order through our online shopping cart. When your online
checkout is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of
your order.
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit card billing address and
issuing bank must be within the United States.
PAYMENT SECURITY/SAFE ONLINE TRANSACTIONS
We offer secure shopping using SSL protocol, an Internet communications
technology, which encrypts and secures your credit card and personal
information. Your financial safety is extremely important to us. McCulloch's
Wide Shoes contracts with Magiclamp Networks, CardReady and Comodo to help
protect your financial safety in our online ordering process.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Currently, we only ship orders within the Continental U.S.A. We cannot ship
to a P.O. Box. Most orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days. We at
McCulloch’s Wide Shoes care about the environment; therefore, we do recycle
shipping cartons whenever possible. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
SHIPPING FEES
We ship via United Parcel Systems (UPS) only. McCulloch's Wide Shoes is not
responsible for shipping carrier delays.
SALES TAX
By law, we are required to charge 7.75% sales tax on all orders shipped
within California.
RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept any UNWORN item within 45 days of receipt for
exchange of style, size, or color; or for a refund of the purchase
price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns or exchanges must be in their original, unworn condition,
must be returned in their original box and contain all original
product packaging. Accessories included with product such as laces,
shoe horns, manuals or registration cards must also be included with
your return.
All returns or exchanges require a “Return Authorization” which may be
obtained by emailing us at returns@mcwide.com. Please provide your
customer information, receipt number, date of purchase, reason for
return request, and replacement item desired (if applicable). We will
contact you within 72 hours with a return authorization or, if a
Return Authorization cannot be provided, with a detailed explanation.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A Return Authorization does not guarantee a refund or exchange.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Worn merchandise that appears defective may be returned within 120 days of
receipt for a replacement product. Any applicable manufacturer warranty
applies. Once we have received said merchandise, our experts will examine
the product(s) to determine whether or not a manufacturer’s defect does
exist. Replacement merchandise will be shipped at no cost to the customer.
Reasons why a manufacturer’s warranty or our Defective Merchandise Guarantee
may be voided include, but are not restricted to, the following: products
used for activities they were not designed for, products used in conditions
not recommended by manufacturer, excessive use, or product mistreatment.
ORTHOPEDIC OR DIABETIC FOOTWEAR AND/OR PRODUCTS
McCulloch’s Wide Shoes cannot guarantee the fit or appropriateness of
orthopedic and diabetic footwear purchased online. Customer is responsible
for insuring both fit and appropriateness of any specialized footwear or
product. If you have any concerns about said products, consult you physician
before wear.
PRIVACY POLICY
All information you provide us will be kept strictly confidential and used
solely for the purpose of order correspondence unless given to us for our
newsletter. We absolutely will not share or sell our customer information
with anyone.
PRODUCT APPEARANCE
McCulloch’s Wide Shoes cannot control the accuracy of colors displayed on
your monitor. Therefore, all shoe colors shown should be considered
approximations. Photographs of product are supplied by the manufacturer and
not McCulloch’s Wide Shoes.
SPAM
McCulloch's Wide Shoes does not support or send SPAM. Affiliates agree at
sign-up to only send e-mails to opt-in distributions and to include a way to
remove people from their distributions who no longer want to participate in
their list. Marketing by other sites including affiliates is outside of our
control. We cannot be responsible for monitoring other sites and their
marketing activities.
If you have inadvertently received an e-mail from someone linking to
McCulloch's Wide Shoes or one of its sites, please contact the sender
directly to be removed from further distributions. This e-mail did not come
